Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) Review


TOPS stands for Take Off Pounds Sensibly. TOPS is an international, non-profit, non-commercial weight-loss support group. About 300,000 members meet weekly in 12,000 meetings throughout Canada and the USA.

Members may bring their own exercise and food plan plus a target weight from their doctor. TOPS then provides group support to help members achieve their diet and weight loss goals. In addition, a very extensive diet plan is included in The Choice Is Yours book that is available to all TOPS members.

There are thousands of TOPS weight loss groups available nationwide. They actually allow each group to have the freedom to "create" themselves. It isn't a rigid meeting plan. So you may have to attend a few different ones to find the perfect fit for you. Also, once you have lost your weight, you "graduate" to the next level which is KOPS or Keep Off Pounds Sensibly.
